A dark shadow has been cast over the town since St. Patrick’s weekend, during the very sad missing person search operation. During that time our club has been glad to be able to make our juvenile centre available as a co-ordination centre for search teams and for eating, changing and toilet facilities. All those involved are very appreciative and our club, on our own behalf and on behalf of search teams, would like to thank everybody for their generous support during this very difficult time for all concerned. The town of Carrick-on-Suir can be proud of its response and our club, with the help of many, is pleased to be able to play a small helping part.
