Our u21 hurlers were advised last week that we needed to play Moyle Rovers once more after Moyle Rovers were successful in their appeal to have the game re-fixed. Swan won the original fixture after extra extra time. It turns out that the game should have been deemed a draw after the first instance of extra time.

The re-fixed game took place on Sunday morning in Cloneen. We never really got going on the day, and Moyle Rovers ran out comfortable winners. This loss means our u21s exit their Championship. Best of luck to them in the remainder of the Championship.

The Maurice Davin Memorial Awards take place this coming Saturday in The Carraig Hotel. The event takes place at 8pm. M.J. Russell & Gavin O’ Halloran will pick up awards, from our club. Your support would be very appreciated on the night.

Our Juvenile lotto jackpot last week was €4,000.  The numbers drawn were 06 – 08 – 17 – 23. There was no winner. Three Match 3 win €70 each. Next Week’s Jackpot is €4,250. It costs just €2 to enter and you can play through any of our ticket sellers, or online, via our website. Thank you for your continued & appreciated support.

Carrick Swan would like to pass on their condolences to the Nolan family, Tybroughney, and the Flannery in Nenagh on their recent bereavements.
