Our Minor A hurlers had a 6 point win over Skeheenarinky on Wednesday last, in Cahir. This win qualifies us for the South Semi Final with one group game to go. We play Ballingarry on Wednesday July 31st at 7-30pm in Fethard in a clash that will decide who finishes top of the group. Best of luck lads.
Our under 14 hurlers prepared for the concluding stages of their championship with a visit to Arravale Rovers in Tipperary Town last week where we had a useful workout. We play Moyle Rovers on Friday evening at 7-30pm on The Green in final group game of championship. We wish the team and their mentors the best of luck. All support is greatly welcomed on Friday night.
Our under 12 hurlers played a very exciting final group game against South Champions Fethard on The Green on Monday evening of last week where we emerged four point winners. This win qualifies us for this years South semi-final, with the date to be arranged.

Many of our youngest players were in hurling action on The Green on Wednesday evening last when we hosted a visit from our near neighbours Kilsheelan. All the players, parents, grand-parents and all in attendance enjoyed the evening with some great skills on show. We look forward to return games soon. Thanks to all those who helped out on the night.
This week, our Junior camogie girls play Portlaw in a challenge game on The Green on Thursday with an 8pm throw-in as we continue preparations for our upcoming Camogie championship.
The club would like to congratulate Senior hurler Stephen Hahessy and his new wife Ellen on their wedding which took place on Friday last. A great day and night was had by all.
The club would also like to say a huge thank you once again to Jimmy’s Takeaway who provided food for our Cul Camp kids again this year. As always, it was a lovely treat for the kids.
Last week’s Swan Lotto numbers were 02 – 10 – 12 – 24. The jackpot was €4,500 and there was no winner. Four match 3’s win €50 each. Next Week’s Jackpot is €4,750.
