Our u12 A’s beat Moyle Rovers last week, and lost to Fethard. Our u12 A’s travel to Kilsheelan on Saturday next where we take on ‘The Village’ at 11am.

Commiserations to u16 player Noel Obilor who was a member of the South Tipp u17 Celtic Challenge team who lost the final to West Cork in Tullamore on Saturday last. Noel hurled centre forward on the day, and has been a regular starter all year for South Tipp.
Congratulations to Tom and Natasha Kennedy, who were married on Saturday last.
This week, we’d also like to give a brief update on our new field development. Up to now, the pitch installations could not take place as we had to lay ducting and we were awaiting the ESB to remove existing poles on site to the periphery.
Thankfully this work is now underway and in the next week or two the installation of the two pitches will commence with a timeline of approx. 4-6 weeks to complete.
At this stage both the regulation size playing pitch and the smaller training pitch will be fully seeded awaiting maturity. We will also be completing the security fencing around the site.
So, the next month or two will give us a great indication of how the finished pitches will look, please feel free to view the progress from outside the fence at any time.
Without all of you who support our fundraisers none of this would be possible and so again a massive thank you.
Following many queries, we will of course be running our clubs ’12 Days of Christmas Draw’ again this year. This draw has now become the lifeblood of our development plans and we look forward to your support in the coming months.
