Once finalized, team mentors will be in touch with parents to advise on days and times for training. If you’d like your child to get involved and take up hurling or football this year, contact any committee member, or contact the club through our Facebook page for more details.
On the playing front, our u12s return to the training this coming Wednesday night with games expected to start coming thick and fast from the end of February.
Our u10s will continue to train on the Rathgormack all-weather pitch for the over the next six weeks.
A child safeguarding course will take place on February 18th in the Juvenile Hall. All Juvenile mentors need to take this course every three years. For more information, and to book your place, please contact Mary Barrett.
Last week’s jackpot was €11,250 and there was no winner. Four people were just one number off winning or sharing the jackpot. Those four matched 3 and won €50 each. The numbers drawn were 08 – 24 – 26 – 28. This week’s jackpot is a whopping €11,500.
It costs just €2 to enter and you can play through any of our ticket sellers, or online, via our website. Your continued support is most welcome and greatly appreciated by all in the club.
Carrick Swan would like to pass on their condolences to the Dowley family, Carrick-Beg and the Heffernan family, Grangmockler, on their recent bereavements.
