Date For Your Diary

Carrick Swan GAA Club would like to inform you that on Friday May 3rd, at 7-30pm, we will welcome Limerick hurling legend, Ciaran Carey and friends, to the Carrick Swan Juvenile Hall.

Ciaran and his colleagues will make a presentation on addiction and mental health awareness. They’ll chat openly and honestly about the effects addiction and mental health can have on individuals, families, and communities. A big crowd is expected on the night, and both parents and players are strongly encouraged to attend this event.

Pairc na nEalaí Update

The club would like to thank JNC Premier Pitches for their fantastic work on the club’s brand new astro-turf and ball wall which was handed over this week.  A fantastic new facility for the club

On Saturday last, we walked the pitch at Pairc na nEalaí and did some running repairs on the field. The club would like to thank William Barrett, Michael Waters, Willie Walsh, Jamie Sweetman and Shane McDonnell for putting their hand up and giving 30 minutes of their time on Saturday morning.

In the coming weeks, the field will be sanded and aerated as well as fertilised and overseeded to make sure the field is in tip-top shape for the coming weeks.

Club Lotto

This week’s Carrick Swan lotto jackpot is a whopping €9,500 as there was no winner of our €9,250 jackpot last week. The lotto numbers drawn were 01 – 07 – 25 – 27. There were six match 3 winners with all of them winning €40 each. Well done, all. Your support helps our young players and also helps with our Field Development Project.
