There is an open invitation to the tradesmen attached to the club to attend an information meeting in the club hall next Friday March 8th at 7.30pm. The purpose of this meeting is to outline the plans for the renovation/building works we need to complete at Ballyrichard. It is hoped that this work can begin as soon as is possible, your input into how we go about this phase of the project is being sought and will be very much valued. Please spread the word, thank you.
Our Seniors play the first round of the 2019 County Hurling League this coming Sunday. We take on Borrisokane in Davin Park at 12pm.
Our Minor footballers take on Anner Gaels in Grangemockler on Sunday next at 12pm, also. Last week, our Minors lost to Grangemockler/Ballyneill in their opening game.
The South Hurling Feile Na Gael competition will take place on Saturday next, March 9th in Carrick. In the Semi Final, we take on Moyle Rovers in Davin Park at 10am while at the same time on The Green, Killenaule take on St Mary’s. The winners of these two games play the final in Davin Park at 11-30am. Let’s get out and support our u14s this weekend. Best of luck all.
Our u12s travelled to Monroe to take on Moyle Rovers in ‘A’ football last week. We played extremely well on the night, and came out on top by 3 points after a tough battle with the home side.
Last week’s Lotto Swan numbers were 02 – 09 – 14 – 26. The jackpot was €2,250 Jackpot – No Winner. Two Match 3’s Win €100 each. Next Week’s Jackpot is €2,500
