All in the club are saddened to learn of the passing of Alfie Flynn of 11 Ard Mhuire, Alfie was an ardent supporter of the club through the good times and not so good times, he possessed a very quiet unassuming disposition that endeared him to all he met and often in days long gone he ensured the Swan crowd were well fed as he dished up some very fine dinners at our club socials, Alfie was one of life’s good people and we offer our deepest sympathy to his family. His funeral arrangements are as follows,

Reposing at Walsh’s Funeral Home, Carrick on Suir on Saturday evening from 5pm with removal at 6.30pm to Saint Nicholas’ Church. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Saint Mary’s Cemetery. |
