Dear Club Member,
Please find attached details of a grant forSummer Camp Scheme 2018 & Youth Events Schemes 2018/2019.
About the Summer Camp Scheme 2018
Foras na Gaeilge is providing funding for appropriate Summer Camps through Irish for young people (3 to 18 years of age):
• which aim to strengthen the Irish language through a mix of activities;
• that are not residential camps;
• which will last 5 days;
• which will run between 25 June and 31 August 2018;
• which will last at least 4.5 hours each day.
The deadline for Foras na Gaeilge to receive applications is 12.00pm, Friday 23 March 2018. Please find application form attached.
About the youth events schemes 2018/2019
Foras na Gaeilge is providing funding for appropriate Youth Events programmes (which must contain a minimum of 12 sessions) through Irish for young people (3 to 18 years of age):
• which aim to strengthen the Irish language through a mix of activities;
• that are not residential events;
• which will run between 1 September 2018 and 30 June 2019;
• applications for festivals, competitions or one day events will not be accepted
The deadline for Foras na Gaeilge to receive applications is 12.00pm, Friday 20th April 2018. Please find application form attached.
