Swan Notes – Monday, September 22nd

Premier Intermediates: Our Premier Intermediate hurlers are in County Quarter-Final action on Saturday, September 27th, when they take on Silvermines. Throw-in at 2.30pm in Boherlahan.

Junior B Hurling: Our Junior B hurlers booked their place in the South Final after a hard-fought 2-point win over Killenaule. The South Final takes place on Sunday, September 28th at 12pm in Fethard.

Junior B Camogie: Our Junior B camogie girls had a tough game and were beaten, but the result means they finish in joint second place and qualify for the County Quarter-Final! Fixture details will be finalised in the coming days.

U15A Hurling: Our U15A hurlers reached the South Final after a hard-fought win on Saturday against Fethard in Marlfield. They will now play Mullinahone in the final. Fixture details to follow.

U13 Hurling:

Our 1st U13 team play Ballingarry on Friday at 6pm on The Green in the Shield.

Our 2nd U13 team lost out to Mullinahone in their Shield game.

County Stars Visit: Our four county boys brought huge joy to the kids and adults of Carrick on Friday last when they took the Liam MacCarthy Cup and the U20 Cup to schools around the town. A big thank you to Aaron O’Halloran, Callum Lanigan, Gavin O’Halloran, and Stefan Tobin for the time they gave. Great excitement was enjoyed by all.
