Our u21s had a massive win on Saturday last against Moyle Rovers. After an incredible game which went to extra-extra time, we came out on top with just 1 point to spare. Well done lads.

Our u21s now take on St Mary’s of Clonmel once again with the winner qualifying for the South Semi-Final.

Congratulations to South Tipp who beat Mid Tipp 0.14 to 1.02 in the Peadar Cummins Plate Final last weekend. And especially to our Ryan Hayes, Callum Walsh, Aaron O’ Halloran and Callum Lanigan who all played a big part in the win. No doubt some of these boys will be joining Lee Casey in this week’s Peadar Cummins Cup Final. Well done lads and best of luck this week.

Congratulations to Gavin O’ Halloran who has been named Carrick Swan Adult Player of The Year for 2018. Gavin has been immense all year and is a deserving winner of the award.

We’d also like to congratulate Michael John Russell on been named Player of The Past. A holder of 6 South Senior Hurling medals, M.J. has been an incredible servant on and off the field and is a worthy winner.

These awards will be presented to Gavin & M.J. at the Maurice Davin ‘Memorial’ Awards on Saturday November 24th in The Carraig Hotel.

Our Juvenile lotto jackpot last week was €3,750.  The numbers drawn were 06 – 10 – 18 – 24. There was no winner. Four Match 3 win €50 each. Next Week’s Jackpot is €4,000. It costs just €2 to enter and you can play through any of our ticket sellers, or online, via our website. Thank you for your continued & appreciated support.

Carrick Swan would like to pass on their condolences to the Waters family, Treacy Park, Faulkner family, Cregg, and the Fitzgerald family in Fethard on their recent bereavements.
