This coming Friday, May 18th, our Junior A hurlers begin their championship. They take on Newcastle in Cloneen at 7.30pm.

On Saturday next, May 19th, our Senior hurlers take on Moyne Templetuohy in Davin Park. The game throws in at 2.30pm. This is Swan’s third league game this year. We lost our opening two games to Ballinahinch and Knockavilla Kickhams.

Our Minor footballers conceded a walkover to Cahir last Wednesday, and withdrew from the Minor football championship.

Our Minor hurlers had a good run out against Mt. Sion last week in preparation of their upcoming hurling championship.

We’ve received the provisional fixtures for our upcoming u14 & u16 hurling championships. Our u14s begin their championship on July 7th when we take on Fethard, while our u16s play Cahir on July 2nd in their championship opener.

Our u14 Camogie team were defeated by a very strong Brian Boru team last week.

Our Junior B camogie girls beat Ballingarry in a challenge game. We’d like to thank Ballingarry for travelling down.

Well done to all our members who took part in the Darkness into Light walk last weekend.

Juvenile player Alex Tobin came first overall in the Darkness into Light run. Congratulations done Alex.

Our Juvenile lotto jackpot last week was €4,000.  The numbers drawn were 04 – 05 – 20 – 21. There was one winner. Congratulation Dave Fiddis. Six Match 3 Winner win €40 each. There was also five lucky dip winners on the night. Next Week’s Jackpot is €2,000. It costs just €2 to enter and you can play through any of our ticket sellers, or online, via our website.
