Division 1 County Hurling League

Carrick Swan 2-23 Upperchurch 0-17

A strong performance saw Swan record an impressive victory over Upperchurch in the Division 1 County Hurling League.

Division 5 County Hurling League

Carrick Swan 4-23 Gortnahoe 1-13

Our Division 5 side also enjoyed a convincing win at the weekend, producing an excellent scoring display against Gortnahoe.

Juvenile Notes

U12 Football

Our U12 footballers continued their winning run with another fine victory against Mullinahone. Their next outing is in the hurling championship, where they will once again face Mullinahone on May 18th.

U15 Féile

The U15s competed in the Féile last week in Tipperary Town. Despite battling performances, they were unfortunately defeated by Arravale Rovers and Moyne Templetuohy.

U17 Hurling

Our U17 hurlers are back in County League action next Sunday, May 17th, against Newport in Páirc na nEalai.

Camogie

U12 Camogie

The U12 girls had a week off from matches last week but continued training well. They are back in action on Wednesday, May 13th, against St. Mary’s at 7pm on the Green.

U14 Camogie

The U14s hosted Lorrha on Friday night on the Green and, while the visitors came away with the win, the Swan girls showed great progress throughout and registered some excellent scores.

U8 Camogie

Our U8 girls took part in a blitz on Saturday morning and played brilliantly throughout, enjoying a great morning of camogie.

Club Development

New seating beside the astro turf pitch was installed last weekend, with further progress expected on the field development project over the coming month.
