Carrick Swan Notes Monday, June 9th
Commiserations to our Junior A Hurlers who played in the County League Final on Friday last against Thurles Sarsfields. The lads had a great league campaign and now look forward to the championship.
Junior A Footballers play in the South Championship. They play Ballingarry on Wednesday, June 11th, in Cloneen at 8 pm. They also play Clerihan on Saturday, June 14th, in Kilsheelan at 7 pm.
Our u13 hurlers start their championship.
On Tuesday, June 10th, the u13B team will play Fethard at 7.30 pm in Fethard. While the u13D team will play Mullinahone at 6.45 pm on Green.
On Thursday, June 12th, the u13B team will play Cahir at 6.45 pm on Green.
U15 and U17 fixtures are yet to be set and will commence after exams.
Congratulations to our u11 team who travelled to Tipp Town on Sunday to play in the Michael Hogan Football Tournament where they won out their division. Well done to all players and coaches involved.
Our u12 Camogie girls played Cashel last week. It was a very competitive game enjoyed by all but unfortunately the girls were beaten on the night.
Our u7 Cygnets are due to travel to Killenaule on Friday, June 13th, to play in a hurling blitz. We encourage all our Cygnets to come along for an evening full of fun.
