Carrick Swan Notes – Monday, 3rd August
It was a successful week for our adult teams, with both our Premier Junior Footballers and Minor Hurlers recording excellent victories. Congratulations to all involved.
Adult Fixture
Saturday, 8th August Seamus Ó Riain County Hurling Championship – Round Carrick Swan v St. Mary’s in Fethard at 6.30pm
Juvenile Notes
Our U12 hurlers were beaten by St. Mary’s in their latest outing. They are back in action on Tuesday against Killenaule on the Green.
Our U14 hurlers take on Moyle Rovers on Saturday in Páirc na nEalaí.
Our U16 hurlers face Mullinahone on Wednesday in Páirc na nEalaí.
U11 Boys
Our U11 boys enjoyed a fantastic day at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, where they played five competitive games against Blackrock, Bishopstown, Mt. Sion, Sliabh Rua and Newmarket. It was a brilliant experience for the squad, who represented the club with great skill, effort and sportsmanship throughout the day.
