This coming Thursday, throwing in at 4-30pm, we have a cracker of a game in Páirc na nEalaí. Two Harty Cup teams compete for the Noel Russell Memorial Cup when Edmund Rice Secondary School Carrick On Suir take on the Clonmel High School.
The game takes place in memory of the late Noel Russell.
As well as the tremendous work Noel did in our own club over the years, and his magnificant contribution to Tipperary GAA, and South Tipperary GAA, Noel was also a great friend and coach to both schools for many years and it’s fitting that these two teams compete in his honour, on an annual basis.
Please come along and support the event, if you can, and see two of the best School u19 teams in Munster doing battle.
